Fejervarya asmati Howlader, 2011, Zootaxa, 2761: 43. Holotype: MZD/F-01, by original designation. Type locality: "in front of Teachers Club and Guest House (22° 28´ N, 91° 47´ E), Chittagong University campus, Hathazari, Chittagong, Bangladesh".

Zakerana brevipalmata — Howlader, 2011, Bangladesh Wildl. Bull., 5: 2.

English Names

None noted.

Distribution

Known from the type locality (Hathazari, Chittagong) and Dhaka, Bangladesh, but expected to have a wider range (see comment).

Comment

Hasan, Islam, Khan, Alam, Kurabayashi, Igawa, Kuramoto, and Sumida, 2012, Zool. Sci., Tokyo, 29: 162-172, discussed the possibility that this taxon represents southeastern Bangladesh populations of their "Fejervarya syhadrensis". Sarker, Das, and Kundu, 2012, Herpetol. Rev., 43: 439-440, provided a record for Dhaka, Bangladesh
