Nannophrys marmorata Kirtisinghe, 1946, Ceylon J. Sci., B—Zool., 23: 107. Type(s): P. Kirtisinghe Collection; presumed lost by Clarke, 1983, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 79: 377-398. Type locality: "Mousakanda, Gammaduwa", Central Province, Sri Lanka.

Gammaduwa and Laggala, Knuckles Mountain Range, Central Province, Sri Lanka, 200-1220 m elevation.

Comment

Kirtisinghe, 1957, Amph. Ceylon: 52, considered this form to be a subspecies of Nannophrys ceylonensis; Clarke, 1983, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 79: 387, treated it as a full species.
