Limnonectes taylori Matsui, Panha, Khonsue, and Kuraishi, 2010, Zootaxa, 2615: 10. Holotype: CUZM A-7708, by original designation. Type locality: "Ban Khun Klang, 1350 m, Doi Inthanon, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand (18° 31′ N, 98° 30′ E, 1350 m a.s.l.)".

Distribution
Northern part of the western region of Thailand in the provinces of Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, Lampang, Nan, and Tak at elevations of 650-1650 m; possibly extending into adjacent Myanmar.
