Megastomatohyla Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 103. Type species: Hyla mixe Duellman, 1965, by original designation.

Large-mouthed Treefrogs (Liner and Casas-Andreu, 2008, Herpetol. Circ., 38: 17).

Distribution

Cloud forests of central Veracruz and Oaxaca, Mexico.

In Hylini of Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 89; this taxon was erected for the former Hyla mixomaculata group.
