I had a goal of visiting all 50
States before I turned 30. My rule for a ''visit'' was having a meal (not in an
airport)
or having what I would consider a significant experience in the State. This vague rule meant
I could include a state like Delaware which I
have driven through many times and really loved crossing
the Delaware Memorial bridge but cant remember having any meals.
As time progressed I became more and more strict about what I counted as a visit.
I have kept track of all of my states below. I visited my last state (which I saved for Alaska) the weekend of September 19th, just one week before I turned 30.
I have a number of photos posted on my flickr account from my travels. I am planning on writing up a blog about the experiences as
I saw the country through some very interesting people and places.
