This is W.D. Matthew's field notebook for his and Walter Grangers Expedition to the Eocene Bridger Formation of Southwestern Wyoming, under the auspices of the United States Geological Survey. This notebook contains geological sections measured by Matthew, in addition to fossil specimens collected. The museum would later conduct a number of expeditions into this region over the next few years.
