Dear, Brown

I returned from England a week ago last Friday after a most interesting and enjoyable experience at Cambridge and London. I also gained a great deal of good health and good sleep, so I am in fine trim now for my work on the Age of Mammals during this month which I shall carry on chiefly at Garrison, spending a days probably Monday, each week at the Museum.

I received your letter to Dr. Matthew on my return, and was very glad indeed to find yours of July, 24th from Lismas here on my arrival this morning, with its welcome news regarding Triceratops skull, and especially with greatly desired portions of a skeleton. I shall await further news regarding this find with great interest, and I hope you will give Pete my congratulations on his good fortune in discovering it. The small predentate dinosaur will also be very welcome, and will certainly enable you to give a complete characterization of the animal, as I should be glad to have you do. I believe that now that you may have a turn of luck as regards Triceratops and round up more of the animals before the season is over.

I find they are greatly interested abroad in our Cretaceous exploration, and consider that we are achieving great results, as we certainly are.

Please give warm regards to Mr. and Mrs. Willis and Miss Bessie, also to Pete. With best wishes for your good health and good success and hoping to hear soon again, I am

Always most sincerely yours,

Osborn
