Professor Henry F. Osborn

New York City

My dear Professor,

If nothing unfroseen occurs I shall leave Amherst on the evening of Wednesday the 25th and report to you at the Museum Thursday morning prepared to go West that afternoon. I have written Brown that I will meet him in Miles City July first, unless I hear from him to the contrary, which gives me one day leeway.

I shall take a camera and I hope to secure a set of pictures which will be acceptable to you as welll as for my own benefit.

Can you tell me my probable route, and whether I can see you on the date indicated? I shall expect to go upon the same agreement as before; that is traveling including sleeping and dining car expenses both ways and camp board while in the field. Furnishing my own bedding and personal outfit myself. Is that what you had in mind? With best wishes to all

Very Sincerely Yours

Richard S. Lull
