Professional history:

Susanne obtained her PhD from University of Göttingen in Germany in 2002, then came to AMNH in October 2002. Currently, she is working on Phylogeny of Hymenoptera, phylogeny of Tenthredinoidea, phylogeny of Cimbicidae, phylogeny of Aculeata, and male reproductive system of Hymenoptera.
