History:

My affiliation with AMNH is quite unique. I have an undergraduate degree in music performance from West Texas A&M University. I was recommended to Dr. Prendini by Dr. Sissom, a biology professor at West Texas A&M. Originally, I was supposed to fill in for a graduate student of Dr. Sissom’s for a very brief time in the fall. However, I enjoyed working in the lab, and there is still a great deal of sequencing left to do. So, my time at the museum has been extended.
