Residential Hotels
Moving into a Residence or Residential Hotel can suit your housing needs if you want to avoid the responsibilities of signing a lease and furnishing and maintaining an apartment.  Residences usually offer both individual rooms and shared rooms and have a variety of services such as meal plans, laundry, and travel services.  The minimum and maximum stays vary with each residence and there is often a waiting list for available space so it is a good idea to make reservations in advance and re-confirm them prior to your arrival in NYC.
