This is page one of a multi-page document.
This second article demonstrates how to create a multi-page document with internal navigation: only the top folder appears in the navigation box, but multiple pages are contained within that folder. The navigation must be created manually (but, since you can do all of the navigation relative to the current folder, this is not hard).
