Over 200,000 objects from the Americas, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific Islands have been digitally imaged and are accessible through this website. By clicking on one of the continents, one can search for a particular object name within a continental collection. For example, a search for the object name "mask" in the African collection results in over 650 masks from across that continent. Alternatively, by clicking on the Globe icon, one can search for a particular object name across all continents. For example, a search for the object name "mask" results in over 2,500 masks from the worldwide collection.
