The AMCC is fully equipped for DNA extraction for all type of tissues, including blood and fecal material.
Gel Documentation and imaging System
The AMCC recently acquire a gel documentation system as well as a realtime camera microscope.

This darkroom is the most full featured and efficient darkroom in the
industry. Any camera mounts on the EC2 and any benchtop transilluminator
fits inside. Visualize gels, membranes and blots up to 25 x 26cm with five
transillumination or three epi- illumination wavelengths.

DNA Quantification
The AMCC owns a DNA/RNA spectrophotometer on which it is possible to quantify DNA, RNA, Cell cultures, Oligos, and the absorption factor.
